Dupe Detective is operated by SQRL Investments LLC. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@dupedetective.online and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, typically 3–10 business days.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewals, and your membership benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

Renewals

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Paddle’s policy

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, their refund policy also applies alongside this one, and statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
